Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Have A Ball 8-Week Program, operated by Football Genius Development (ABN 46 618 616 321). These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the course materials, playbook, and direct WhatsApp support with Football Genius Development.

By logging in to the course portal or messaging via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these T&C.

• “Program” means the 8-week video series, Parent Playbook PDF, and Weekly Play Missions.
   
• “Member” or “You” means the parent/guardian who purchased the Program.
   
• “We” or “Us” refers to Football Genius Development.
   

• Upon purchase via Stan Store, you receive a non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Program for personal, non-commercial use.
   
• Your login credentials are for you only—do not share them.
   
• Access expires permanently 12 months after your purchase date.
   

• You may message Football Genius Development via the designated WhatsApp number for Program-related questions.
   
• Support hours: Monday–Sunday, 6 am–10 pm AWST.
   
• Response time: within 24 business hours.
   
• WhatsApp is for brief clarifications only; full coaching calls are not included.
   

• Full payment of AUD 249 (or equivalent installment plan) is required at checkout.
   
• All amounts include GST where applicable.
   

• 14-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you’ve watched no more than one week of material and haven’t downloaded more than 25% of the Playbook pages.
   
• To request a refund, email admin@footballgenius.com.au with “Refund Request” in the subject line.
   
• After 14 days or after the usage limits above are exceeded, all sales are final.
   

• All Program content (videos, PDFs, graphics, trademarks) is © 2025 Football Genius Development.
   
• You may print/use the Playbook for personal use only. No redistribution, resale, or public posting.
   

• We collect only email and WhatsApp number for program delivery and support.
   
• We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.
   

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Program or related activities.
   
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
   

• We may update these T&C from time to time.
   
• The latest version is always at https://footballgenius.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
   
• Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance.
   

• These T&C are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
   
• Any disputes shall be dealt with in the courts of Perth, WA.
